1. Subscription Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your SAUT.AI subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal. Refund requests made after this period will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team at support@saut.ai with your account email and reason for the refund. We aim to process all requests within 5 business days.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for early cancellation outside the 14-day window.
4. Free Tier
The free tier of SAUT.AI is provided at no cost and is not subject to this refund policy. Your data on the free tier remains available as long as your account is active.
